Museum of Anatolian Civilizations reopened to visitation

One of Turkey's most comprehensive museums, the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations in Ankara has reopened upon the completion of a series of restoration works. Welcoming guests with its new façade, the museum has won the European Museum of the Year Award in 1997. Equipped with technical upgrades and architectural animations, the museum houses a collection of historical works from the Paleolithic period to the end of the Eastern Roman period.
