At the main bus station (in Turkish it is written as Otogar) you can get on a bus to Afyon after you buy tickets from one of the bus companies as: KAMİL KOÇ, NİLÜFER, PAMUKKALE. It takes 8 hours and costs about 48 Turkish lira, which is approximately 21€.
