Ağrı-Mount Ararat-Noah's Ark
The city of Agri is founded on the transit highway to Iran at an altitude of 1,640 m. The most interesting spot in the province, which dates back to old times, Is the Great Agri Mountain, both for its imposing appearance and the worldwide fame it acquired thanks to the tale of Noah. The Great Agri Mountain, which the city is named after, is the highest mountain in Turkey and Europe with a height of 5,137 m.
